Education is empowerment. As teachers we empower our students, and as leaders we empower our colleages. The purpose of Apogee Academia is to support schools in empowering their communities, passing on the torch of knowledge.

The Apogee team met through the HMC Academic Deputies Conference over a number of years, and are united by their interest in sharing their knowledge with others, and learning from each other and those they meet in the process.

Our work is rooted in our collective experience in the classroom and at the Senior Leadership table. With experience gained in a range of schools and contexts, we can help you synthesise the solutions that are right for your school and situation.

Our aim is to provide practical, pragmatic and proven advice, through our consultancy, training and mentoring, that will make a real difference to school leaders, teachers and students.

Our work with schools is always bespoke, and each project starts with us listening to what the school and its stakeholders really need. Only then do we suggest solutions and the most appropriate members of the Apogee team to lead the project.
